Film cycle by German director Rainer Werner Fassbinder
Skopje, April 11 (MIA) - Macedonian Film Library and "Goethe Institute" in Skopje announced a new film cycle of German author, screenwriter and director Rainer Werner Fassbinder, including six feature films and one documentary, starting from Friday.
The program begins with projection of "Lily Marlene" made in 1981, with Hanna Schygulla in the leading role, followed by Saturday presentations of documentary "I don't want to be loved" (1993) and feature film presentation of "The marriage of Maria Braun" (1978).
"Effi Briest" (1974), "Ali: Fear Eats the Soul" (1974), "Martha" (1973) and "Veronica Voss" (1982) are also on the program.
