Mayor Petreski briefs President Crvenkovski on Ohrid Summit preparations
Skopje, April 11 (MIA) - President Branko Crvenkovski met Friday with Ohrid Mayor Aleksandar Petreski regarding preparations for the upcoming Ohrid Summit 2008, attended by 18 heads of state from Central Europe.
After the meeting, Mayor Petreski said he briefed President Crvenkovski on the activities related to road infrastructure, horticulture, street lighting, as well as sites due to be visited by summit guests.
"Ohrid has been preparing for the summit for several months. Local authorities and town's public enterprises are engaged in the preparations for the gathering, which is the largest summit of presidents in Macedonia's history", stated Petreski.
President Crvenkovski hosts the 15th meeting of Central Europe Heads of State in Ohrid on May 2-3.
