Skopje, May 12 (MIA) - Sunday's parliamentary elections in Serbia have sent another strong signal that democracy and democratic values on the Balkans are deeply rooted, whereas elections are a holiday of democracy, Government Spokesman Ivica Bocevski told MIA.
