Military exercise "Macedonian Flash-03" at Krivolak
Skopje, May 16 (MIA) - Infantry platoon and unit of the Macedonian Army (ARM) Military Police, which would be competent to send missions abroad starting from next year, will hold military exercise "Macedonian Flash-03" at range Krivolak as of Monday through May 29.
The exercise, which is planned and carried out according to NATO standards, would be self-assessed and evaluated by 42 observers, three from Albania and Croatia each, under the supervision of Alliance military representatives. The exercise documents will be in English, whereas communication will be conducted in Macedonian language.
The exercise is a practical check-up of implementation of standard operational procedures in NATO-led peacekeeping operations. The certified exercise assessment would be filed in Brussels.
"Macedonian Flash-03" is part of the cycle of exercises aimed at reaching operational capability in line with NATO standards.
