Pristina hosts meeting of Macedonia-Kosovo border demarcation panels

Pristina, May 16 (MIA) - The working group for Macedonia-Kosovo border demarcation will convene Friday in Pristina, the Kosovo Radio-Television reported.

Besim Colaku, deputy chairman of the Kosovo demarcation panel and chief or PM Hashim Thaci's cabinet, stated that the election campaign in Macedonia wouldn't affect the activities of the joint border demarcation commissions.

According to the Kosovo Radio-Television, Colaku has affirmed that the demarcation process could go on more than expected, because concrete on-field situations needed to be settled.

Official Pristina asserted that it has set no priorities in the work of the joint commission and would act in line with the plan penned by international envoy Martti Ahtisaari.
