Milestone Corp. donates Euro 60,000 to Museum of Macedonia and NGO Polio Plus
Skopje, May 21 (MIA) - Nordic financial cooperation Milestone donated Euro 60,000 to the Museum of Macedonia and NGO Polio Plus and announced scholarships of about Euro 40,00 for studying in Iceland.
The donation for Macedonia's Museum is aimed at supporting the country's history, while the one to Polio Plus is a recognition for the NGO's outstanding results, Milestone official Oscar Gardarsson said Wednesday at a press conference.
The corporation overall investments in Macedonia are at about Euro 25 million. For a short period Milestone intends to double them. The Corporation is interested to invest in the banking sector, real estate and wine production. Last year, Milestone took over the Commercial-Investment Bank - Kumanovo.
