Presidency of the Council of EU welcomes formation of new Macedonian Government
Skopje, July 29 (MIA) - Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU) welcomes Tuesday the election of Macedonia's new Government.
The Council of EU expects the Government and the Parliament to do everything in their power, without any delays, in regard to adopting the necessary reforms for EU accession, the French Embassy said in a statement.
The Council urges the opposition and ruling parties to work together to achieve that goal, observing democratic principles and with peaceful political life, liberated from boycotts. The Council reiterates the June conclusions of the European Council referring to Macedonia's European perspectives, reads the statement.
