Russia fears fresh alteration of Balkans' borders
 Moscow, August 7 (MIA) - Russia fears of fresh alteration of Balkans' borders. The Kosovo independence declaration destabilised the region, stated Alexander Alekseev, director of the 4th European Department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He said he had been provided with information that Albanian groups in the region were coordinating their efforts towards changing the borders of the Balkans in the future.
- However, there are still no sign of Kosovo partition. It is obvious that the unilateral independence declaration divided the Kosovo Serbs, who do not concede with the Kosovo independence are are forming their own institutions, Alekseev stressed.
