Greek railworkers go on strike

Athens, 18 April 2014 (MIA) - Greek railway workers have launched a strike on Friday thus disrupting rail transportation in the country until next Monday.

The strike is organized by the Greek railway operator TRAINOSE to protest against the privatization of railway companies, Greek media report.

TRAINOSE has canceled many passenger and freight trains due to the strike.
