French FinMin: We will discuss Greek debt in autumn

Athens, 28 July 2014 (MIA) - French Finance Minister Michel Sapin reiterated the position that Greece's public debt will be discussed in autumn, according to an interview published in a Greek daily on Sunday.

"There is the issue of debt sustainability. It's too early to predict Greece's needs, we will examine its overall situation jointly this autumn," Sapin was quoted as saying to Kathimerini.

"Based on the information we will have, we will make decisions on financing issues," he added.

Sapin said though Greece is "out of the turbulence zone, the eye of the storm" and in a much better economic, financial and fiscal condition, it still has to push on with reforms.
