Premiere of "MME koj prv pocna" in Veles Theatre

Veles, 9 June 2011 (MIA) - Premiere of performance "MME Koj Prv Pocna" (M.....F.....Who Started First), written by Dejan Dukovski, directed by Aleksandar Ivanovski, will be held in the Veles Theatre on Thursday evening.

Director Ivanovski said the play is a nihilist piece about love, which represents a certain post-modern version of Dante's "Divine Comedy".

"Hardcore realism and aetheric poetry all in one. A strategic order of meetings among real people, filled with thoughts, feelings and suffering, but at the same time a fantasy. An existential poem dedicated to life's ruthlessness", added Ivanovski.

Valentin Svetozarev is the set designer, Tanja Medarova is the costume designer, Danica Lepojevic is the make-up artist, while Sasko Kostov is the music author.

The cast includes Vasil Zafircev, Maja Ljutkov, Robert Ristov, Kica Ivkovska, Samoil Stojanovski, Zoran Ljutkov, Keti Borisovska, Aleksandar Gjorgjiev, Kiril Gravcev and Slavica Manaskova.
