Macedonia scoops special award at MIDEM 2012Skopje, 3 February 2012 (MIA) - Macedonia's national stand at the 46. Marché International du Disque et de l’Edition Musicale (MIDEM), the largest music industry trade fair in the world, has been rewarded with special recognition "MIDEM Gold Disk".
The fair brings together about 7,000 guests from 360 leading music companies from the entire globe.
The Macedonian stand included promotional materials in hardcopy and CDs, along with promotion of the most significant companies and institutions of the country's music industry.
Stand carrier, publishing house "Third Ear" received the award. Macedonia's MIDEM participation is supported by the Ministry of Culture.
